    Two-Day Adventure Tours
    (Cross-Florida or DragonSlayer )

    All two-day Adventures must be paid in advance to guarantee your place on
    the tour. Payment must be made in full no later than 60 days from tour
    departure date. (A 3% fee is assessed for all registrations made on-line due
    to on-line transaction costs)

    All tours are first come-first reserved, based upon date and time of receipt of
             payment or deposit. "Paid-In-Full" at time of registration receives
    priority
        placement on a specific tour over a "Deposit-Only" reservation.

    Refund/Cancellation Policy

    Refunds will be granted under the following terms:
    100% refunded if cancelled 90 days prior to departure date
    75% refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to departure date
    50% refunded if cancellation 30 days prior to departure date
    0% refunded if less than 30 days remain to departure date  

    Tour Registration Automatic Roll-Over Dates:
           
         When a tour fills, you will automatically be rolled into an opening on the next
         scheduled tour (same tour) for that year.
                          Example: You miss the March Cross-Florida,
                                          you automatically get rolled into the
                                          May tour date. (unless you specify an
                                          alternative tour date)

    Waiting Lists:

    Waiting list priority is on a first-come, first served basis.

    Minimum Rider Number

    A minimum of 8 participants is required for a tour to proceed. If this number
    is not met 30 days prior to departure, you will be notified by telephone and
    other options may be offered, which may include a full refund, placement on
    another tour, or other arrangements that may be made for each individual.


    6 & 12 Day Adventure Expeditions (Coming Summer 2008)
    (Trail of Tears, Mooshiner Run)

             Deposits/Payment

    Payment in full is recommended, this can be done by check or online via
    credit card (a 3% online fee is added to the overall tour price for on-line
    service).

    An initial deposit of $250 is required to register for a tour, with the balance  
    due no later than 90 days prior to the tour initiation date.

    Refund/Cancellation Policy

    Refunds will be granted under the following terms:
    100% refunded if cancelled 90 days prior to tour initiation date
    75% refunded if cancelled 60 days prior to tour initiation date
    25% refunded if less than 60 days remain to tour initiation date.  
    0% refunded if less than 30 days remain to tour initiation date.

    Waiting Lists:

    If an Expedition is full, we will begin a waiting list. 30 days prior to a tour,  if
    room is available first on the list will be notified, and if you decline to be part
    of the tour at this time, we will move onto the next person on the list until
    vacancy is filled.  Waiting list priority is on a first-come, first served basis.
