| 1996. The year of the first Devil's Creek event. Back in those days there were only two dual sport events in the entire south east, Bike Week and The Hooch. We added number 3. Devil's Creek is a classic dual sport event, the way they were in the early days and we've kept that tradition alive since the beginning! It's not a rally. You won't find games, talks, or seminars. You will find an enduro based ride that takes just about all day to complete, offering you challenges and scenic landscapes, and enough stories to tell for the rest of the year until you make new stories at the next Devil's Creek! Since 1996, Devil's Creek has grown, it's improved, it's morphed into something more than a "get together". It's a happening. A place to be. A must do. Some have called it the "Best Dual Sport Event in the Southeast". From the humble beginnings of 25 riders to our current limit of 175, Devil's Creek proves to be something special for everyone. It can be long and difficult, could be easy, could be challenging. Some years it may be too dry, or too wet, and sometimes it's just right. We never know trail conditions until the weekend, because with a day or two of rain or sunshine, the forest changes. So be prepared for anything! What makes Devil's Creek so special? The people. The stories. The history. The friends you have and the friends you will make. You will never leave as the same rider that you were before 'The Creek". For 2019 You can expect three great days of self-guided riding for all skill levels, entertainment, more food than you could possibly want, and great friends. We've been in these woods for over 20 years. We help other user groups with their events. We help in the annual Sportsmen's Clean-up. We monitor use and conditions for the Division of Forestry and contribute over 500 volunteer hours to the Division every year. This event is run under a Special Use Permit issued by the Division of Forestry and we're sanctioned by the American Motorcyclist Association. So what is Devil's Creek? It's a celebration of history, cooperation, riding, friends, good food, entertainment and responsible motorcycling. Come join us for our 23rd Anniversary Event. March 1-2-3, 2019 But be prepared.
